We’re excited to announce that Living Blues magazine’s Critics Poll has named Ernie K-Doe: The R&B Emperor of New Orleans the best blues book of 2012! Founded as America’s first blues publication in Chicago in 1970, Living Blues magazine has set the standard for blues journalism around the world. Each year it hosts two polls—one for critics and one for readers—to honor the best in blues, including musicians, producers, and writers.
